For shipments inside of Finland we mainly ship via Posti.
Orders made over 100€ are free of charge via Postipaketti.
For orders with the value less than 100€ we will charge a postal fee of 4,90€.

- You will receive a shipping confirmation by email after your order has been shipped out. The shipping confirmation includes a tracking number for Posti.
- Golla reserves the right to refuse to sell to customers who have not retrieved their orders.
- Postipaketti: The pickup notification will be sent to the given phone number as a text message once the package has arrived at the chosen Posti pickup location. We kindly request you to retrieve the package from the pickup location as soon as possible. If customer doesn't pick up the package and it returns to us, we charge the customer an extra shipping fee of 4,90€. It will be reduced from the price of the product in while we make the refund.

Before shipping the order, we require that the order is paid without delay and in full. Orders that are not paid will be cancelled. The payment options on our online store are via Klarna and PayPal who provide different forms of payment methods.

"Buy now, Pay later":
- 14 days expense-less days to pay later. You will receive the invoice after the products have arrived.
