Shipping policy
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days after the order has been confirmed on our online store. If the item you ordered cannot be sent, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to order something else before cancelling the order. If you do not receive the item(s) or if the delivery differs from your order, please contact our customer service at webshop@golla.com
Golla Oy cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged packages after the order has been passed onto the delivery service. Golla reserves the right to refuse to sell to customers who have not retrieved their orders.
Shipping Costs
EUROPE
For shipments in Europe we work with a large panel of couriers
For orders we will charge a delivery fee of 7,99€.
- After the order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number to follow your shipment.
- Your order will be delivered to the address given during the order checkout. Shipping provider will be in contact with you regarding when the delivery will be brought to the given address.
USA & CANADA (+ REST OF THE WORLD)
We are not shipping to these regions.

We offer multiple secured payment methods. You will see what payment methods we have available in your shipping country at the checkout page.
- Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express etc.) via Stripe
- Finnish bank payments via Klarna
- Klarna (Invoice & Part Payment)
- PayPal
Before shipping the order, we require that the order is paid without delay and in full. Orders that are not paid will be cancelled. The payment options on our online store are via Klarna and PayPal who provide different forms of payment methods.
Klarna
We use Klarna Bank Ab as a payment service provider on our online store. Klarna provides easy payment options at order checkout from which you can choose the most suitable and convenient form of payment for you. They provide three different payment methods:
Direct payment includes payments via:
- Most common Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Direct bank payment (customised based on the customers country of purchase)
"Buy now, Pay later":
- 14 days expense-less days to pay later. You will receive the invoice after the products have arrived.
Choice of payment instalments:
- Fixed instalments over 3-36 months payment period

In order to provide you with Klarna's payment methods, we may pass on your personal information in the form of contact and order information to Klarna in connection with the transaction purchase, so that Klarna can assess whether you are eligible for their payment methods and tailor these payment methods to you. PayPal
PayPal lets you send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. Payment is convenient and immediate. Your payment is deposited directly into Golla’s PayPal account. You do not have to use a credit card. You can transfer money directly from your bank account. If you choose to use a credit card, Golla does not see your card number. It is safely encrypted through PayPal's server to help minimize any risk of unauthorised use. In order to pay with PayPal, you are required to have a PayPal account.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Learn more about Paypal’s security
